File Sharing packages are used to template default settings for users. Cortex offers
great flexibility and the inbuilt inheritance model allows specific package features
to be overridden for individual resellers or end-customers.
- Create Service Plans with different disk storage limits and servers.
- Define and control the process of provisioning customers to the file sharing servers.

Monitor and Manage Disk Usage
Cortex allows you to manage and control disk usage within customer file shares.
- Define file share disk space limits for resellers to sell to sub-customers.
- Define file share disk space limits for individual customer usage.
- System generated email is sent to customer and service provider administrators when
actual disk space used exceeds warning thresholds.
