What iASPire wanted
Prior to teaming up with EMS- Cortex, iASPire was offering several managed services to its customers in Asia. But they wanted to take their business further.

- offer new services such as Hosted Exchange, Hosted SharePoint and Hosted LCS
iASPire needed:
- the ability to offer all of these services under an integrated provisioning and reporting framework
- to present all the services with the same look-and-feel
- flexibility to offer their services to other resellers who could resell them to their customers under their own brand
Why iASPire chose Cortex
Because Cortex met these requirements:
- Provide a single provisioning, reporting and content/interface management framework to support all the current and new iASPire managed services.
- Install product into an environment that was already in production with live customers
