One of the key benefits Cortex provides is the ability to delegate administrative
tasks to the end-customer. This allows service providers to provide a more efficient
service with minimal support staff.
Customer administrators can themselves perform most of the user administration required
for their own organisation. Managing user accounts, provisioning services or managing
their organisation's own services (e.g. Hosted Exchange contacts or distribution
lists) is performed through the easy to use web interface. Training needs are minimised
and usually not required.
