CRM 4.0 Instance Provisioning
With CRM4, Customers can be provisioned with any number of CRM instances. Cortex allows service providers to delegate
the creation of new CRM instances to resellers, and CRM implementation specialists allowing the service provider
to focus on running and supporting the CRM infrastructure.
Provisioning a new CRM instance involves creation of a new CRM database as well as creation of a new CRM website. This can be a time consuming task.
Cortex utilises queued provisioning to ensure that Cortex users can continue with other tasks while their new CRM instance is being created.

connecting to Cortex. Adding new servers is a simple task.

have a dedicated front-end CRM server, however CRM servers can share a common SQL
Server back-end database.

select a CRM server from the list of available CRM servers and click provision.
- Cortex prevents consumption of unnecessary user licences by preventing the CRM server
from being changed after it is provisioned to a customer.
- Validation checks are completed against the server's available CRM user licences.
