Cortex offers a simple solution that allows service providers to delegate CRM user
administration tasks to their customers.
- Provisioning a user to a CRM environment can be performed in a matter of seconds.
- Business Units, Security Roles, Sites and Teams are all
retrieved in real time directly
from the CRM server.
- The interface is fully synchronised with CRM and will display current information
from CRM for the selected user.
- Licensing is still controlled by CRM. If licenced amount is exceeded, Cortex will
display a warning message and the user will not be provisioned to CRM.
CRM Licence Management
- When a user is de-provisioned from the CRM service, a licence is released and can
be re-allocated
- De-provisioning will disable the user account on the CRM server; the details remain
on the server for CRM auditing
Migration of Existing Users
- Cortex will auto-discover settings from CRM removing the need for any form of data
migration
